Different block explorers show different values

I am confused with two LTC blockchain explorers showing different data for the same address:

Blockchair and other popular explorers show 50 LTC balance for this address: https://blockchair.com/litecoin/address/Le3Y6TDjSbUMVYb5SgJkhQmGvt8arZetaN

On the other hand, the Insight LTC explorer shows that the balance of the same addess is 0: https://insight.litecore.io/address/Le3Y6TDjSbUMVYb5SgJkhQmGvt8arZetaN

What is the reason of this discrepancy? Is there some kind of a bug in the Insight explorer?

Hey there, pretty happy with my shorts during the descending triangle and I'm thinking I might just get an asic miner just to play around with it. Since I've only mined bitcoin for a few weeks before I'm still basically a noob at mining which means I don't want to buy a largely powerful ASIC.

So my question.

What miner will yield the best Litecoin mining performance for the price going into 2019? Budget would probably be around 100 euro. Thanks in advance guys!
