Large Amounts Of XRP On The Move Again

Does anyone know what to make of this? Almost 710 million zerps moved on the ledger? I know some of the previous large moves were attributed to the XRP charity, is this the same or maybe OTC institutions?

How is it that Dogecoin deserved a spot on their crypto list and not XRP? My usual process of buying XRP just takes too long, and I end up not being able to buy with my gut.

I don't frequent this subreddit, and didn't see anything in a quick search. Has there been any rumors of this??

Will there be enough liquidity to grow?

I know ripple sources exchanges for liquidity when doing cross border settlements. How will Ripple ensure there is enough XRP on the exchanges to liquidate cross border settlements when companies start growing?

I only ask this because a while back when XRP was on a bull run, I saw the entire order book on bitstamp get swallowed up. That got me thinking that at any time, there may not be enough order book near fair market value to allow a company to liquidate. Can someone who knows more about this than me explain?
