Hashrate distribution pie chart by type?

    Posted: 01 Jul 2018 07:38 AM PDT

Wondering if there is a break down of hashrate by type ie asic/fpga/gpu/cpu/quantum computing

Even rough guesses? I can't seem to find much.

We can sell the flood GPUs and ASICs on eBay if we clean them up. "Dust Free", no one will know.

does the CPU's "PCI Express Lanes" effect how many cpus it can handle?

    Posted: 30 Jun 2018 01:47 PM PDT

for instance, my motherboard with 18x pci-e 1x slots got a Core i3-7300T CPU , and on the specs, it says Max # of PCI Express Lanes: 16 - will that be a problem when i install gpu #17 ? (now it's just 11 GPUs, but i intend to upgrade to 18 later on)

running dual PSU rigs on different circuits?

    Posted: 30 Jun 2018 01:12 PM PDT

I have a switched PDU & a regular PDU, if i can plug all the rigs primary PSU into the switched pdu then i can remotely reboot all of them.

but i'd assume this is a bad idea and won't work/better off buying a second switched PDU? they will be on 2 30a x 240v circuit

Issues with 8x 1080 ti on Asus Z370-A and linux

    Posted: 30 Jun 2018 09:49 AM PDT

Is anyone running this board? I've been trying for the past 5 hours to get it working but can only manage 6 cards with nvidia drivers and that only works adding 1 by 1 rebooting in-between, ubuntu 18.04 hangs on boot when I get to 7/8 cards. Tried 390 and 396 drivers. If I wipe the nvidia drivers and get it to boot "lspci -v | grep VGA" shows all 8 cards. Going insane here.

Will NVIDIA's new lineup of GPU's impact difficulty?

    Posted: 30 Jun 2018 03:23 PM PDT

I'm wondering if mining difficulty will increase when these cards are released? I feel like the change in Hashrates arent going to do much but id love to hear input.
