No censure here, be light-hearted. We are changing the game, so be an example. We don't want to turn into another /r/bitcoin.

There is a big division in opinions going on and that sometimes leads to lies and deception. We must avoid that at all costs. I think eventually we must be able to look back and be proud on us, as a community, on what we achieved and how we did it.

    We are writing history!

PS: Thanks for Reddit Gold, this means a lot to me ;)

Message /r/reddit.com to report the /r/btc redirect to /r/bitcoin

    Posted: 20 Dec 2017 11:14 AM PST

r/btc hijacked, please make a formal complaint to reddit admins

    Posted: 20 Dec 2017 11:11 AM PST

Going to r/btc I get a black page with a link to r/bitcoin.

It is easy to guess where this comes from, could someone alert the reddit admins to it, I don't have their names handy?

Do not gloat when your enemy falls

I find some of the threads inappropriate. The goal all along was to get our BTC back out of BS = BankSabotage's hands', not to fight the coin holders.

Well the salt must have hit maximum levels.

edit: It seems to be back. The page title needs fixing though.

    Reddit hacked?

    Posted: 20 Dec 2017 11:12 AM PST

/r/btc is pointing to /r/bitcoin and calling Bitcoin Cash fake. Well this is sure to backfire because it only makes the public more aware of Bitcoin Cash when the media report on this incident.

I exchanged my Bitcoin for Bitcoin Cash this morning! Happy Hodling!!

    Posted: 20 Dec 2017 10:45 AM PST

    Why I sold:

    • High transaction fees using Bitcoin

    • Long wait times to send and receive Bitcoins

    • Steam stopped supporting Bitcoin

    • Some stores stopped accepting Bitcoin because of the high transaction fees

    • The reasons behind why Emil Oldenburg sold his Bitcoin for Bitcoin Cash

    • Charlie Lee basically sold all of his Litecoin, which is like Bitcoin's right hand man, around the same time Bitcoin Cash appeared on Coinbase.
