Remember less than a week ago when we hit near $64k and everyone was Ecstatic?

    Posted: 22 Apr 2021 01:29 PM PDT

Yeah, that was less than a week ago. Everyone needs to chill. Good things take time. Panic selling is the quickest way to lose all your money. Hold, accumulate and be patient. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE, just my opinion.

Let bitcoin build a base floor and consolidate, it will only give it more power when taking off next spike up. Every market has good and bad weeks, it does not mean it won't reach a new all-time high tomorrow, next week or next month.

For all the newbs out there, if you can't handle seeing your portfolio drop 50% to 80% in hours, you should rethink your investments before you lose all your hair. This is what crypto does, and it goes both ways.

I've been through multiple cycles and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that every time there's a nice decline in price, the media/ retail investors think the world is coming to an end, only to contradict themselves the second it goes back up.

Market manipulation is a real thing. Not everything you hear or read in articles is true.

    Think long term

We are good people, PATIENCE IS KEY

So many posts about 15%, 20% and 25% declines but I just checked my wallets and every last satoshi is still there.

Do y'all have some strange kind of wallet that deletes bitcoins when people jump on the panic wagon?

    Sub $50k?

    Posted: 22 Apr 2021 06:55 PM PDT

Just scooped up some BTC at $49.9k! Wow!

So many good things happening and such a bright future, can't imagine wanting to dump BTC now - but I am thankful someone wanted to sell. Thank you for your contribution.

Do NOT buy bitcoin, it's going to crash...

    Posted: 22 Apr 2021 03:28 PM PDT

A week ago everyone was saying "I wish I bought more at 50k", well your wish has come true. FLASH SALE!

    Posted: 22 Apr 2021 11:08 PM PDT

Why did you buy bitcoin if you were just gonna sell it when the price drops?

    Posted: 22 Apr 2021 02:03 PM PDT

Think about who is buying that coin when you sell it. People who know the price is going to go right back up. Hold your coins, don't sell. This is not financial advice.

If you're panicking about the dip give this a read! Posted 2 months ago and is pretty much spot on with what's happening!

DCA Day April 30th 12pm EST

    Posted: 22 Apr 2021 12:59 PM PDT

Let's promote the bull run. We all DCA anyway... let's have a DCA day once a month together, where everyone market buys at least $100 together to get the price higher and try to create new support levels. Not sure if it would make a difference but willing to try. I'm going to buy $420 worth of btc on April 30th 12pm EDT (GMT -4).

Face it: this government has embraced the crackpot “Modern” Monetary Theory of paying bills with printed cash. A modern idea that’s thousands of years old. Brrrrrr

We're at the Shakeout point. The last time I saw this pattern, Bitcoin dipped from 5k to 2k, then my friends all sold, then it ran up past 10k

    Posted: 22 Apr 2021 09:22 PM PDT

I suspect this drop pattern is repeating itself. The great shakeout is what I like to call it. Last time this pattern happened, everyone, I knew in crypto panic sold. I told them all to hodl, I told them all to stack their sats back then and buy the dips if they could. Nobody listened, and they all sold an amount that today would be worth hundreds of thousands to millions for some of them today. After they all sold, the price began running up at ridiculous rates. Within a few days, we saw Bitcoin go from 2.5k to 7k, to eventually past 10k. After that, it was only a few months until we hit the 20k all-time high. I suspect we're seeing the same play shake out. If it follows the same ratio, then we can potentially see Bitcoin get as low as the 25k to 35k range. I'll tell you what I told my friends back then. Don't get shaken out, instead buy the dips if you can. Don't fall for the fud, because if you do, then you will see Bitcoin runaway and either hate it because of your decision to panic sell or at best buy back half the coin you had after it breaks upward for double the price it will have been when you panic sold. Stay strong newbies. Nobody in this space ever got rich by panic selling.

Now another thing to consider is the volatility has been substantially less than other cycles this time around, so it is not out of the realm of possibility that this great shakeout stops at 40k or the low 40's before continuing on to new all-time highs. Hodl strong and buy the dips if you can, I'll see you guys on the other side

Will Sell for Land (And Nothing Else)

    Posted: 22 Apr 2021 09:33 PM PDT

I've been hodling long enough for my friends to think I'm a genius, then an idiot, then a super genius, then a soup-brained idiot. I'm not sure why I've never sold so much as one sat, despite not having an exit strategy. Well I have one now.

I recently came to the conclusion that the one and only thing that will get me to budge off my stack is to buy a sizable piece of land in a state of my choosing, upon which I will build my modest dream citadel.

FUDers and los federales STAY MAD. This is a pursuit of generational wealth and your way does not work for people like me.

Bitcoin must eventually be spent; land is the only thing I would place above Bitcoin. Willing to hear the counterargument to my exit strategy.

Bitcoin is about TRUST. We don’t just HODL for the gains (which are juicy). We HODL to protect the integrity of the network during times of attack. We HODL because we know what legacy finance has done to the world.

    Posted: 23 Apr 2021 01:43 AM PDT

We HODL for the common man and his unborn children who are sold out by inflation and government handouts to elite. We HODL to show the world a new way to manage trust, after so many failures in the hands of individuals.

I'm HODLing because BTC has been and will continue to be one of the defining gifts that I'm able to help give in my life, a battle that I have to fight with everything I have.

I know most of these new folks don't really remember 2008 and are unaware of the real implications of COVID stimulus going disproportionately to the wealthy.. but some of us have seen again and again, what happens when the world runs on vulnerable financial networks; inflation, fractional reserve banking, and corruption.

Bitcoin is about trust. It's our global decentralized open source ledger, given by a creator who has asked for nothing in return, in hopes that another generation could travel the universe.

I wonder if those members of the crypto community who attack BTC aren't seeing right now, how BTC was always there for them, even when they weren't looking. A little unity could turn the tides on this dip, but it won't come from any other network.

The majority of the crypto market is down in the last 7D. It's not a crash, It's a SALE!!!! Are You Agree or Not?

Over 40% of the money in the US that has EVER been printed has been printed in the last 12 months. This is like trading in your gold bullion for banknotes in the 1920s Weimar Republic.
